New social studies questions that ask students to label the 13 Colonies, 50 states and state capitals are now available! Each question is in our new Drag & Drop format and can be used with any grade level.
The easiest way to access these question sets is to use the Public Assignments.
From your Teacher Center, go to the Assignments page, then choose “Create from Public Assignments” as shown below.
Next, click the blue plus signs next to Social Studies -> Social Studies -> All States as shown below.
Simply check the box next to the assignment(s) you choose and click the “Import” button on the top or bottom on the left of the screen. The assignment will now appear in your list under the Social Studies course.
To choose individual questions from these sets, create a new assignment and search for Multiple Choice questions. Then filter by Topic and Additional Criteria as shown below.
Topic: Social Studies -> Geography & Map Skills -> Basic Concepts -> Geographic Terms and Places
Additional Criteria: Drag-Drop (make sure all Tags are checked).
You can now browse the questions and choose individually.
