Step 1: Clearly define district goals and determine various options for how Castle Learning can successfully support the teachers and instructional technology specialists.
Step 2: Identify strategies to improve instruction and student achievement using Castle Learning tools.
Step 3: Participate in collaborative discussions to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the initial rollout plan, determine and schedule additional training based on these discussions, and review district usage.
Step 4: Ongoing quarterly check-in with a district representative regarding updates in district goals and policies, usage, new content and features, as well as the overall pulse of Castle Learning among teachers and students.
