Congratulations! We're thrilled you're enrolling with Castle Learning. We're here to help at every step of the way.

The Castle Learning Team has done our best to simplify the enrollment process, but we also know any new process can pose questions or challenges.

Your enrollment begins upon completion of a simple, 5-step process, providing key information about your students and teachers. 

  • New Customers: New customers need to provide both student and teacher information. The teacher information can be sent separately, in a secondary file. Only 5-columns of information is required; most schools opt to include additional, suggested columns for their own use and data tracking.
  • Returning Customers: No need to submit information about teachers already enrolled; simply provide current student information and you'll be set.

We have designed our enrollment process to be as easy as possible. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be up and running in no time.

  1. Compile your school’s or district’s student data into one .csv or .xls (Excel) file with a separate column for each of the required fields.
  2. Send your .csv or .xls file to enrollment@castlelearning.com.
  3. Receive your status file email signifying that accounts have been created.
  4. Inform your students and teachers that they can start using Castle Learning!

We'll Be In Touch Every Step of the Way

If you forget to send us something we need, no worries. One of our Customer Support members will give you a call or shoot you an email to correct the issue and your enrollment will be back on track.

 

Now, all you have to do is wait for your status email that signifies your students are ready to log-in. The entire review process can take place in as little as 3-days if your file information is complete. If something is missing, we'll check in and get what we need so your students can be on their way.
