Five new source writing tasks have been added to the English Language Arts database. Each set includes several nonfiction passages/articles centered around a specific topic, followed by a series of short response questions and an essay task. The articles for this series are licensed from our content partner Cobblestone & Cricket Media, an award winning producer of 15 magazines. The topics chosen were based on research themes suggested in the 6-12 grade NYS curriculum modules.

- Grade 8: Human Animal Interaction
- Grade 9/10: Alternative Energy
- Grade 11/12: Food and Design
