There are many types of social scientists who use various tools to study humanity and its long history. They may be archaeologists cataloging artifacts, economists analyzing trade patterns or historians determining the validity of a primary source. Understanding these occupations and their means of accomplishing their goals is an important aspect of social studies education. How do we gain knowledge and understanding? How do we apply and measure that knowledge? How do we determine bias and process information? Students learn these methods throughout various courses.


There are 0-25 primary school level questions, 50-75 elementary school level questions, 125-50 middle school level questions, 75-100 high school level questions, and 0-25 advanced placement level questions about Social Studies Tools in Castle Learning.
